Sales Representative : Responsible for
selling EAS Windows and Doors through existing
and new sales clients.
Job Description:
The Trade & Commercial
Sales Representative will perform all or some of
the following Job description:
• Develops and retains a
quality trade and commercial client base with
local businesses in a variety of capacities
through the acquisition of new business and
maintenance of existing customers
• Meet or exceeds
established targets and goals
• Perform cold call on
prospective clients, via phone, email or any
general communication method
• Maintain the customer
relationship and servicing the customer's needs
throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct presentations on
company commercial products and services,
features and benefits
• Travel throughout
assigned territory to call on regular and
prospective customers
• Engage with the customer
through the entire sales process to ensure
successful transaction
• Pro-actively investigate
the relevant market sectors to identify and
contact suitable new clients with the view to
establishing a long term business relationship.

Knowledge
• Excellent time

• Ability to work as

• Ability to maximise
percent of time in front of customer
• Administrative tasks
during non-sales time
• Ability to plan each
sales call; conduct proper research regarding
client targets • Ability to work productively in
a team
• Ability to maintain a

company policies • Ability to demonstrate
results on a on-going basis
• Ability to use
information technology to save time
• Strong written, verbal,
and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a
similar role
• Ideally have knowledge
and experience of the building/construction
industry.
Salary £15k basic, OTE
£25-35k + Company car
