1. FACTORY MANAGER
E.A.S. Windows is looking
to recruit a new Factory Manager, to support the
introduction of some important changes within
the business.
Previous supervisory
experience within the PVCu window manufacturing
industry is essential, as is a “hands-on”
approach to problem solving and the ability to
multi-task. Some IT literacy is essential.
Key responsibilities of
the role include:

Adherence to performance targets and
production efficiencies, in line with ISO
Quality System requirements

Purchasing
-
Stock control
-
Quality Control
-
Health & Safety
-
Compliance with Employment Law legislation
-
All aspects of people management
(responsible for a team of 9)
