QUALITY POLICY
STATEMENT
The assurance of Quality is
fundamental to all the work carried out by all at EAS
Windows so as to provide products and services that give
total customer satisfaction.
The long-term commercial
success and commensurate profitability of EAS Windows
depends on the pricing, quality and delivery of the
products manufactured and delivered to meet the needs
and expectations of our customers.
The established policy of
EAS Windows is to provide customers with products that
are fit for the purpose they were designed for and
delivered in conformance with the procedures and
instructions detailed in EAS Windows Quality Assurance
Manual.
It is also our policy to
establish and maintain an effective and efficient
quality system planned and developed to meet the
requirements of BS EN ISO 9001(2000) Quality Systems
Management Standard and that this policy, and its
related objectives shall be reviewed on an annual basis.
Provision is made for the
early detection of actual and potential deficiencies,
trends or conditions which could lead to unsatisfactory
product quality and so enable the company to take
effective, corrective and preventative action which is
both timely and effective.
EAS Windows Ltd accepts that
the necessary resources will be provided to meet and
maintain the systems and procedures issued, including
such training or instruction, as may be required, to
ensure competent personnel are employed at all levels to
support the achievement of the company objectives.
Adherence to these
procedures is a Condition of Employment, as is an
understanding for the need to continually develop and
maintain the right attitude towards achieving the
quality levels defined throughout EAS Windows. This
understanding is developed by our in-house training
program, and the annual review of staff needs for
further development of their skills.
