I can’t believe how
quickly this year has gone, it seems only a few
weeks ago when I was announcing my new role as
Managing Director, having taken over the senior
position from my father. I have had the pleasure
of seeing the company grow this year, with some
key staff changes as well as product development
and innovation, all contributing to the
continued success of the company. We will be
starting a new advertising campaign based around
our biggest asset, you, our customers. Look out
for the series of adverts, but as always, please
come and see us in New Street, Oadby, have a
coffee and a good look round at some of the best
home improvement products on the market.

Managing Director

Energy
And
Security
– ahead of the game…!
Since the start of our business in the 1980’s, E.A.S has
stood for Energy and Security. We knew then that secure
and efficient windows and doors would be the standard in
the home improvement industry. We now have official
certification that our products and installations are
available to meet the B and C EU Directive ratings. The
energy efficiency rating is a measure of the overall
efficiency of a product – the higher the rating, the
lower the fuel bills will be. |

Come
on you Blues!
E.A.S are delighted to announce it’s 2008-2009
sponsorship of Leicester City Football Club's new star,
Max Gradel. A product of the Youth Academy, the winger
signed his first professional contract with Leicester on
Saturday 5th May 2007. On 9th August 2007 Max joined
A.F.C. Bournemouth on an initial one month loan, which
was extended for the season on transfer deadline day
(31st August 2007). We wish Max every success at LCFC. |

The good news and the sad news!!
There have been a number of personnel changes here at
E.A.S recently. One retirement, two new arrivals and two
job role changes to be precise. So the good news is
that David Newell has joined the E.A.S Estimator’s team
working primarily on conservatory installations, and
Paul Geary is our new Management Accountant. Here’s to
a very successful career to both of you at E.A.S. The
sad news is that Heather Lakin from Admin team has
retired after 4 years service. We would like to thank
Heather for all her hard work and we wish her a long and
happy retirement.

We’re
advertising ‘you’ – Our Customers!
We love getting letters and feedback from our customers,
so much so we have a whole section of our website
dedicated to showing what you think of our company,
products and services. Over the next few months, look
out for our new advertising campaign which celebrates
the feedback and comments you send us after we have
finished our installations. The website and our large
sign located on the side of the A6, will host the new
adverts.

…and we’re advertising ‘E.A.S’ as well!
You can now find us in the pages of Yell.com which is
the internet version of the good old yellow pages (in
which we also feature). Opposite is the E.A.S Windows
entry as it appears on Yell.com and you can find it by
searching under 'Double Glazing Repair' in 'Leicester'.
The entry on Yell.com also features a free-phone
facility to call us at our expense – we look forward to
hearing from you.
