 At
E.A.S we have membership of the GGFi to endorse
our 10 -year guarantees - membership to the scheme is
only granted when installations are always of the
highest quality. An E.A.S Windows PVCu installation will
give you many years of enjoyment and it is highly
unlikely that you will ever find it necessary to use our
guarantee. But what if for some reason, you choose a
company instead of E.A.S to install your home
improvement, and that company closes down through
Liquidation or Bankruptcy and you require repairs. Would
you be prepared to find the cost of those repairs
yourself? By choosing E.A.S, you are covered. How?
Insurance Backed Guarantee
In
backing up our own 10-year guarantee on all our
installations, we also supply an Insurance Backed
Guarantee (IBG) so that you have double the peace of
mind. Ordinarily, just call us anytime if you have
a problem with your installation. However should you
ever need it, simply contact the GGFi and any
problems will be addressed, with the minimum of fuss and
with no cost to you.
In
order to be granted membership, our financial references
from suppliers and bank were examined, as well as
references taken up from our customers. Membership is
not granted until the high standards of the insurer's
exacting criteria are met .
The
Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) scheme was set up in
2005, and was designed to provide the best cover to
consumers purchasing glazing products from FENSA
registered businesses. Due to demand this has now been
extended to other home improvement trades such as
Kitchen, Bathroom, General Building and Blockpaving.
GGFi policies are underwritten by IGI insurance company
and Redsands Europe.
Insurance Certificate
The
GGFi 10 year Guarantee Insurance covers all that
E.A.S offer in our own warranty/guarantee, but will
become operational in the event that we cease to trade
within the period of insurance. Your certificate of
insurance will be issued to you by E.A.S upon completion
of your installation or home improvement and when full
payment has been made.

Additional Guarantee for Roofline products
We
now exclusively install FreeFoam roofline

detailed previously, FreeFoam also offer a new 20-year
guarantee for their latest generation of products.
We will
register your installation for you with the product supplier
to secure your additional 20-year guarantee.
Case History
 We
have recently finished a large roofline installation of
Soffits and Fascia's for the De Montfort Housing
Association at their St Pauls location.
We
will, on their behalf, be registering all the dwellings with FreeFoam in order to take advantage of the extended
20-year guarantee from our roofline product supplier.
